Some people choose to eat no meat or fish. They believe that this is not only better for their own health but also benefits the world as a whole.

Discuss this view and give your own opinion.

Write at least 250 words.
There is the belief of having vegetarian food can bring benefits such as prevent distinction of other living kinds, influence agriculture, and be unharmed by green organic wastes. However, these might not always be true for everyone and not easy to do.

The first argument is the fact that human being essentially consumes animal's meat to obtain a complete nutrient. It is evident as we naturally build our bodies' muscles to keep warmth. Moreover, it is more very significant for children to follow this procedure because they do need a fundamental of growth to avoid their organs becoming weak in the future. At the same time, the idea of stopping eating meat or fish is not usually evitable for people who lack protein so, shifting their habits too quickly can lead to having a severe sickness.

On the other hand, the benefits gained from choosing something else to eat instead of having food from animals still be. Firstly, this type of society can help to increase the population of many well-being organisms. This condition includes a few numbers of tuna in the seas and sheep or cows which gradually slow in producing its meat. Furthermore, this movement can develop farming in term of influencing the demand for other types of food like vegetable and fruit. Also, the waste from the production of agriculture can be much less harmful to the environment of the world.

In summary, in some cases, there is still the need for meat in term of consumption to keep people's health safe and having a less chance of risk. Nonetheless, I believe that there are many advantages taken from eating other food that can marvelously save the world in a very hidden way.
