IELTS Academic Writing Task 2 - Topic, Answer, and Comment
Many developing countries require aid from international organisations to develop. Many people think that this aid should be financial, while others think that practical aid and advice are more useful.

Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

You should write at least 250 words.
International organizations assistance a number of countries which are developing in order to develop their programs. Whilst a number of people underscore the need of financial aids to these countries, others advocate that the combination of practical aid and advice are more helpful to developing countries. There are merits on both sides of this controversial assistance, which will be elaborated in detail, followed by my own take on the matter.
On the one hand, there are those reasoning that financial assistance are vital to expend programs in developing regions. To clarify, developing countries likely to have not strong and standard substructures in their important organizations. In other words, they need money to improve their substructures in their societies. The education system, which is mostly effective in each countries developing , for example. More specifically, by true and effective educating in the institutes a country would nurture qualified individuals for the future.
On the other hand, the opposing view asserts that practical assistance as well as financial aids are crucial for countries which are developing. The most compelling reason justifying their assertion is that developing countries suffer having not/ shortage international-experienced experts. This is to say, they tend to cannot take suitable decisions, and also they are not familiar with the consequences of wrong decisions in a society. A clear example is Iran's economic difficulties. To be more precise, authorized people do not know about their decisions consequences.
To bring the discussion to an end, I believe that both sides of the argument possess their favorable aspects. However, on balance it is my firm conviction that financial aids and practical advice are vital. This is mainly because developing countries have the shortage of experienced experts.
