Question:
Some people think that men and women have different qualities. Therefore, some specific jobs are suitable for men, and some for women. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
Answer Hints:
It's an 'agree or disagree' topic. Although you can select either side, considering that 'some specific jobs are suitable for men, and some for women,' 'agree in some extent' is easier to write. The complete reverse actually isn't true.

Agree
  • Men and women have different qualities, which also reflects in their jobs.
  • Men are more robust and good at taking risks; most soldiers and fighters are men.
  • Women have less strength; they like to be teachers and office clerks.
Disagree
  • Newly created jobs in modern society prefer the ability to gender, like software developer or editor.
  • Traditional jobs have a trend to open to both genders, like nursing. The gender difference in the job market is shrinking.
  • Workforce shortage needs more women leaving the house to work, and gender equality in the job market is inevitable.

Thirdly, in the last few decades, the role of women in the family has changed. In the past, men used to be breadwinners, and women spent most of the time caring for children and making food...

To recapitulate, I believe that the suitability of more and more jobs should not be considered based on gender, as people's potential and desires for specific jobs generally depend on their experiences, personal interests, and job expectations...

Suggestions:
IELTS Essay Format:
-The introduction isn't strong enough, try to enhance it.
-You should avoid using common words repeatedly, and show your grammatical range and accuracy as possible. The essay has women(14), and(10), for(9), jobs(8), gender(8), men(6), that(4); try to decrease duplicated words.
-High-ratio basic sight words may degrade your writing; suggest rephrasing some.
-Suggest using a few rare or uncommon words to demonstrate your vocabulary range and level.
Task Response:
-The main ideas are relevant, but some are insufficiently developed. In fact, for 'some specific jobs are suitable for men, and some for women,' if you choose to agree, it's easier to write.
Coherence and Cohesion:
-It addresses the prompt, and some main ideas are put forward.
Lexical Resources:
-The lexical resource is sufficient to allow some flexibility and precision.
Grammar Range and Accuracy:
-Grammatical control is variable: some complex structures are produced accurately.
