Evaluating a student's skill or quality isn't a straight job. People in different countries have separate ways to approach the issues. However, in some countries, examinations are deemed to be emphasized heavily, leading to limitations for teachers and exceeding pressure on young pupils.

This method plays a considerable role in the work of teachers. People can hardly find a better assessment than through testing and examining students, which gives frank and objective results. Not only do grades indicate how much the students' effort is, but they also help teachers categorize them compared to other students. Nonetheless, examinations put high pressure on teachers, including building and marking the tests. For instance, in most Vietnamese schools, each class has many students, meaning that teachers have an equal number of tests to rank.
