Some people think photographs and videos can accurately tell information in a news story. However, opponents believe photographs are not trusted sources of information as there are limits to having photos in the newspapers. In my opinion, photographs are not reliable sources we should depend on.

Photos alone do not paint the whole scenario of the event that occurred. To exemplify, one needs to wear a mask during this Covid-19 pandemic. However, reporters can capture citizens not wearing their masks, claiming they are not abiding by the rules. These citizens are exercising; hence, the picture leads to misunderstanding. Thus, it is evident that a picture is only a frame of that period, only showing the object's presence and behavior, usually resulting in a plausible inaccurate depiction.
