Words for children of 3rd Grade, it includes spelling, academic, and reading words. Students in 3rd grade should spell all Dolch and Fry words. This 3rd grade list has 300 spelling words; each word has a definition and sample. They are selected by usage frequency too.

Spelling Words What is spelling words?
Upon 3rd grade, your spelling words should be over 1200 words. Finish this list means you can spell all words in Dolch and Fry, then you should be able to deal with elementary level writing now.

Don't confuse sight words and spelling words. Sight words need your instinct reflection; spelling words may let you think a while. So, you should be able to spell all Fry word in 3rd grade but may delay to master them as sight words until 5th grade.
